Through our experience, we have developed a simplified financial model which takes into account 3 parameters and gives an all-inclusive cost for the project. This is communicated to our clients beforehand and helps them avoid extra costs in the process.
EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We treat each aircraft transfer as a distinct project, which is assigned to a dedicated Project Manager (PM). Every stakeholder is informed daily about the progress of the project and each PM follows the latest standards of PMI.

RECORDS REVIEW
Meticulous records review, finding what others missed.
We provide Regulatory Certificates Review, Aircraft/Engines/Landing Gear History Reconstruction, Maintenance Program Compliance Review, AD Review, Modifications Review, comprehensive LLP BTB construction for Engines/APU/Landing Gear, Repair file Review and Installed Components Certificates Review. These are followed by an extensive final report delivered to the client.
RECORDS DIGITIZATION
Aircraft records digitization with modern scanning equipment. The process follows a strict protocol to ensure that no page is missed and that the resolution is high to ensure legibility during the records review phase. The files follow a standard naming convention to ensure uniqueness and traceability even outside their designated folder. Finally, all files go through OCR and are uploaded at a fast and secure cloud service, shared in real-time with the client.
PHYSICAL INSPECTION
Physical inspection following extensive customized checklists for each aircraft type. We check all repairs according to latest version of SRM and we contact the aircraft manufacturer for any further guidelines, if needed. A borescope inspection is an option that can also be performed. Finally, we deliver a final report with reference photos at high resolution, showing major or minor findings and recommending actions that need to be taken to maintain airworthiness.
